To order Lingerie collections, simply visit our E-Shop to browse & purchase anything from our current collections.

For Our Corset Range:

At Lilly Wiggler all Corsets are available as "Made to Measure Only" (meaning that it's made to fit your specific measurements). For more information please see our corset ordering page

Custom Work

For all custom orders please contact us at mail@lillywiggler.com (Please see our Custom Work page for more information on custom ordering). 

Due to their unique nature, custom/bespoke items are strictly non-returnable unless faulty.

Custom orders will begin upon payement of a non-returnable 50% deposit.

Custom orders are made within a timeframe of around 2-6weeks, if items are required sooner than the given time periord a "rush-charge" of around £10-30 (depending on the item in question) will be added to the balance.

Custom items ordered will be based on the measurments provided by you to Lilly Wiggler, Lilly Wiggler will not hold responsibility for items being Ill-fitting as a result of incorrect measurements. If you need help with measuring please dont hesitate to ask us for help!

 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs:

U.K deliveries:

Lilly Wiggler charges a standard delivery fee of £5.00

Items are shipped via tracked & insured delivery

Free Delivery is offered on all UK Orders over £150

International Deliveries:

We are happy to ship anywhere outwith the U.K. however, international deliveries will incur an additional £7.00 handling fee. Any additional charges incurred such as customs taxes are out with the control of Lilly Wiggler Couture.

Delivery Times:

No matter how busy, You'll always know what's going on. From ordering to making to posting I'll keep you well informed of your order progress via email.

Current Delivery Times:

Corsets: 4-8 weeks* 

Lingerie: 10-21 Days*

Accessories: 10-14 Days*

*An additional 7-14 days may inccur on International orders 

After you place your order, we aim to deliver within 10-14 days. However, as all items are hand made, this time may have to be extended. In these cases we will keep you informed of your orders progress & expected delivery times.

 

Returns

Returns will be accepted if returned within 14 days in a Perfect, Unworn Condition with Tags attatched. When returned, either an exchange or credit note can be offered.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, briefs cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds can only be offered on items returned as a result of being faulty.
